Custom Pull Quotes

I have added custom pull quote functionality for the theme users.

Beginning with build number B20070511 I have added custom pull quote functionality for the theme users. This feature will be seen on the single post pages as well as the excerpts, but the styling is slightly different. It’s rather easy to do and it is backwards-safe so you don’t have to implement these steps on older posts unless you choose to. Here’s what you do:

Custom Description & Keywords

Beginning with build number B20070404 I have added custom description and keyword functionality for the blogger serious about search engine optimization. I also made other related changes such as a modified title and h1 heading elements, but this post is dedicated to using the custom description and keyword modifications.

Adding Sidebar Content

The sidebar file with this theme, a common place for all sort of added content, contains several designated sections well-marked and ideal for your “stuff.” There are even divisions in place and referenced as sidebar spares in the style sheet.

Bookmark Me Plugin

Once you activate this plugin on the “Plugins” page it is recommended that you then proceed to the “Options” page then click on the “Bookmark Me” tab. There you will choose what bookmark links you want to display.

Contact Form Plugin

Once you activate this plugin on the “Plugins” page it is recommended that you then go to the “Contact Form” page (”Configuration” tab). There you will go through the configuration steps. You will be able to do most of the configuration but you will have to come back to this page to finish.

Related Posts Plugin

Once you activate this plugin on the “Plugins” page it is recommended that you then click on the “Related Posts Options” tab. There you will make activate the “SQL Index Table Setup” and make a few edits pertaining to the display.
