Mike’s Experiments - PHP: Maintenance Block

This is a tool to allow admin site access for maintenance while effectively blocking the rest of the world. This is a very effective and reliable tool based on technology opposite that of my IP Blacklister script. In this case if the IP address doesn’t match access is denied.
