IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LANGUAGE FILE AUTHORS: 

Don't actually use this file as a template, use the en language file. This file has a few
added [NOTES], such as this paragraph to help you. When you create a langauge file, do it in that 
languages style. For example, don't translate State/province, when region would be asked for in
your land. Same goes for Zip code. That is a US thing. Don't translate it, omit it instead. If 
you will be accepting address info from US citizens, or you want the form to be more international, 
then opt I'd opt for the "en" language file. If you have questions, feel free to contact Mike.

When saving the file so you can send it to Mike (mikecherim at his green-beast dot com domain) 
please save file as a *.txt file, probably as encoded as ANSI instead of UTF-8. It might be better
for this use.

Do not translate line [00], but do replace Mike's info with your info, like this:
