Support Options

There are three basic support options, as described here:

  1. Free Support
This support level is for basic stuff. What do you expect. Big work went into this for the price of a link. I will answer basic questions by email or you can call me. I’m known for being exceedingly helpful, and that’s not changed, but my time is limited and valuable. If you need more support, better move down to support option two.
  2. Instance Support (Paid)
This support level is for tasks that are slightly out of your reach: You need something done that just isn’t your cup-o’-tea, for example. Let’s say you have this third-party plug-in or add-on you want to use but need it made valid or accessible. Or, let’s say you need a set of graphics made for the theme. Or perhaps you’re just uncomfortable some basic set-up work. You’ve come to the right place. For this type of work I will charge around $70 per hour, most of this work taking no longer, with exception to graphics. For graphics work I prefer to give you a quote as prices can vary quite a bit. It all depends on how intensive and time consuming the work. If you need more support than that, better move down to support option three.
  3. Full-Task Support (Paid)
You want a lot of custom work done, graphics, set-up, plug-ins, the works. Or, even though this isn’t really theme support, let’s say you want a theme made just for you. Brand spanking new, original, one-of-a-kind. This is the type of work that falls under this category. For this type of work I will present a quotation on a one-per-one basis. For this type of work, if not related to this theme, may be best sent to me via my contact form at It doesn’t really matter, though, just get in touch if you need me.

If what you have in mind doesn’t fit in, better Contact Me. Let’s put those wheels in motion as they say.

SeaBeast theme has been downloaded 9642 times.

This file, USERS_FUNCTION, is yours for adding such blog add-ons as flickr, Skype, and other non-WP goodies. Do try to keep items added to this section at around 120 pixels or less in width to prevent the sidebar from slipping in IE on 800x600 resolution monitors. Need to add CSS styles for items in this box? Easy, use the USERS_CSS file to do so. Then validate!

Blogger’s FarBar

This file, USERS_FARBAR, is yours for whatever you wish. Text in simple paragraphs, <p></p> lists, whatever. This is a liquid-width column. That said, you should to keep whatever — fixed-width item — below 120 pixels wide. Again, that concerns fixed-width items, self-forming, liquid items like text in paragraphs will adjust its own width. If you must place a slighter wider item, you can use the USERS_FUNCTION or USERS_SIDEBAR file to do so, but do note that that too should remain thin at only 162 pixels as it is a fixed-width column.

Added Headings!

You can also add headings in these user files. As many as you like. On and on she goes, where she stops. nobody knows! Do remember, though, in these file you have to use proper XHTML. Of course, this content can serve as example to you. Need even more help? Well, professional help is available.
