Mike’s Experiments - CSS: Simple Tabs

These semantic navigational tabs use the least possible markup and CSS, and are in a word: simple. No frills here, just a two tiny images, (and masthead image), and the rest is done with colors and borders. This is your entry-level accessible menu and masthead system.
