Mike’s Experiments - PHP: Browser Sniffer

To help developers serve a specific style sheet to a specific browser, some form of browser sniffing or detection is needed. For Internet Explorer a conditional comment can be used, but this experiment facilitates delivery of style sheets for Opera — and others — as well.
