Footer List and Text Styling

The text in the footer needs to be styled so it’s visible. The in-text link is styled to look distinct, while the footer navigation list is being styled to display inline. Colors are added to it as well. This includes a focal state color to help keyboard users, as well as color changes and underline removal since it won’t be inherited.
