Providing Background Colors

To offer styling without imagery, on this page I set background colors for the various page sections: jump links area, header/masthead, content, sidebar, and footer. After doing this, as you will see, I will soon have to adjust the colors of the content within most of these sections to ensure visibility. Later I will add background imagery to make it look even better.
