Page Background Color

On this page I am going to add a background color for the whole page. Doing this will make the whole thing look better — make it “pop,” if you will. A background image could be added on top of this. The image, if applied, could have a “fixed” attachment so it remains still while the page scrolls, and if a patterned image, it could be repeated in one or more directions.
