Floating Sections

Here I will change the display of the content area and the sidebar. Doing this will make the sidebar actually look like a sidebar now that these areas have some width dimensions. In addition to providing float directions, I am also displaying them inline to ensure they stay lined up without slipping — some browsers need this level of specification.
